Step 1- Gear Up

Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Shape the minced meat into meat balls) 4-5 balls).

Step 2- Bake the Meatballs

on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) add the meatballs and bake in the oven until meatballs are fully cooked.

Step 3- Cook the Veggies

On a fry pan over medium heat, add the corn oil, the vegetables and sauté until vegetables are tender.

Step 4- Sauce it UP

To same fry pan, add the sauce. once the sauce boils, add the baked meatballs.

Step 5- Cook the Rice

On another fry pan over medium heat, cook the rice until hot (Or microwave it).

Step 6- Serve your Plate

On a serving plate, serve the meatballs with the rice. Enjoy!!
