As a general rule, a good cut of salmon needs nothing but salt and pepper. But can you ever go wrong with Teriyaki? Juicy oven baked salmon meets the tangy profile of soy sauce and garlic, rounded off with a colorful Asian chopped salad. What more can you want?

Step 1 – Bake your Salmon

Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius, place the salmon (skin-side down) on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) and bake for (6) minutes.

Step 2 – Flavour it up

Spread the sauce, then the sesame seed on the top of the salmon. Continue Baking for (2) more minutes.

Step 3 – Prepare your veggies

Place the vegetables salad in a bowl and mix well with the dressing.

Step 4 – Finish it up

On a serving plate, Place the baked salmon with the side salad. Garnish the dish by spreading the toasted peanuts seeds on the top of the salad. Eat and jog a mile!
