From the test group:

Our home-made beef meatballs are deliciously meaty, and they’re even more attractive when cooked in a rich tomato sauce seasoned with onions, garlic, bell peppers and spices to become a traditional harissa sauce. Combined with wheat bulgur pilaf, this Turkish specialty is evocative of restaurant-quality meals.
