Directions
Step 1- Cook the Meat
On a cooking pan over a medium heat, add the ghee, chopped coriander, and stir for few seconds. Add the meat and stir for (2) more minutes.
Step 2- Cook the Okra
To the same pan reduce the heat to low, and add the okra, then add pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for (10) minutes or until stew are fully cooked and tender. Add lemon juice if desired.
Step 3- Prepare the Soup
In a pot, heat the soup over a medium heat until boiled, then remove and serve.
Step 4- Cook the Rice
On a new pan, cook the rice over a medium heat for (1) minute.
Step 5- Serve Iftar
On shared serving bowls, put the okra, rice and soup. Enjoy!!
