Step 1- Cook your Potatoes
In a pot over high heat, add half a litter of water, a pinch of salt, and boil the potatoes for 15 minutes or until fully cooked (tender). Drain the water, add (1) cube of butter, and mash it. Keep warm.
Step 2- Cook the Beef
On a fry pan over medium heat add (1) teaspoon (tsp) olive oil, (1) cube of butter, add the beef and stir for (1) minute on each side. Remove the beef from the pan and keep it warm aside.
Step 3- Mix the Mushrooms
On the same pan add the mushroom slices and sauté for few second, then add the sauce and boil for few seconds. Return the beef to the pan and keep cooking for (1) minute. Add salt and pepper if desired.
Step 4- Prepare the Veggies
On another fry pan add (1) teaspoon (tsp) olive oil, (1) cube of butter. Add the vegetables and sauté for (1) minute. Add salt and pepper of for taste.
Step 5- Serve your Dish
On a serving plates, serve the beef over the mashed potatoes with the vegetables on the side. Enjoy!!
