Step 1- Cook the potatoes
In a pot over a high heat, put half litter of water, a pinch of salt, and boil the potatoes for (15) minutes or until fully cooked (soft and tender). Drain the water from the potatoes, add (1) cube of butter then mash the potatoes and keep it warm.
Step 2- Cook the Beef
On a fry pan over medium heat add (1) teaspoon (tsp) olive oil, (1) cube of butter. Add the beef and stir for (1) minute on each side.
Step 3- Add the Sauce
Add the sauce to the same beef pan and keep cooking for (1) more minute. Add salt and pepper if desired.
Step 4- Cook the Rice
On another fry pan over medium heat cook the rice for (1) minute.
Step 5- Serve your Dish
On a serving plate, serve the beef with the sides. Enjoy!!
