Step 1- Cook your Potatoes

In a pot over high heat, add half a litter of water, a pinch of salt, and boil the potatoes for 15 minutes or until fully cooked (tender inside and outside). Drain the water, add (1) cube of butter to the Potatoes, mash it and keep warm.

Step 2- Cook the Beef

On a fry pan over medium heat, add (1) teaspoon (tsp) olive oil, (1) cube of butter, add the beef and stir for (2) minutes then add the vegetables and keep cooking for (1) more minute. Reduce the heat to low then add the sauce and keep cooking for (2) more minutes.

Steps 3- Cook the Rice

On another fry pan, cook the rice for (1) minute.

Step 4- Serve your Dish

Serve the beef with mashed potatoes and rice on the side. Enjoy!!
