Step 1 – Roast your vegetables
Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius.
In the preheated oven. place and mix the broccoli, carrot, salt, black pepper if desired, olive oil on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray). Roast for (5) minutes or until fully cooked (tender vegetables). Keep warm.
Step 2 – Sear your beef
On a small pan, melt (1) cube of butter, (1) tablespoonful (TBSP) olive oil over a medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for (2) minutes on each side or until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and keep warm.
Step 3 – Juice it up
On the same pan, add the sliced onion with (1) cube of butter, 1 tablespoonful (TBSP) olive oil and cook on medium-high heat for (2) minutes or until onion is caramelized.
Add the sauce and bring to simmer (slow boiling) for (1) minute, then place the beef in the same pan for (20) seconds over low heat.
Step 4- Serve your dish
To a serving plate, place the beef and top it with the sauce, keep the vegetables on the side. Bon Appetite!!
