This creamy, cheesy, savory and smoky sausage bake pasta will make your day! It has all that comfort food needs, and it will comfort you alright! While still being a palpable solution for all kinds of weather we picture this pasta in one of those first cold nights in the beginning of autumn. The creaminess of the cheese combined with the meatiness of the sausage will make you feel cuddled, while the summer season salad will contrast that creaminess with some juiciness. Something simple but always effective.

Step 1- Gear Up
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Steps 2- Cook the Pasta
In the pot, add hot water, add the pasta for (1) minute. Drain the water and keep the pasta warm.
Step 3- Cook the Veggies and Sausage
On other fry pan over medium heat add corn oil, butter, the vegetables, and sauté until the vegetables are tender. Add the sausage and keep cooking until the sausage colour changes to dark brown.
Step 4- Mix it Up
In pot add the pasta, vegetables with sausage then add the sauce, Cheese, and mix all together. Add salt and pepper if desired, add the mix to an oven deep tray.
Step 5- Bake the Pasta
Bake the pasta until golden brown color on the top.
Step 6- Prepare the Salad
In a bowl Mix the salad with the dressing
Step 7- Serve your Dish
On serving plates, serve the pasta with the side salad and enjoy!!
