Step 1- Gear up

On a large pan (preferably be low and wide but other pans work as well) over medium-high heat melt (1) cube of butter, )1 (teaspoonful olive oil (tsp). Add slices of mushroom, whole garlic and sauté for (1) minute.

Step 2- Cook the Arborio Rice

Add the rice and fry until the butter is mostly absorbed by the rice in about (2) Minutes.

Step 3- Add your Chicken

Reduce the heat to medium-low and remove the garlic clove. Add the Chicken.

Step 4- Flavour it Up

Add the sauce and bring to a slow simmer (slow boiling). Add the salt and pepper for taste. Adjust the heat to keep on slow simmer and stir once. Then do not stir again until cooked in (8) Minutes or until al dente.

Step 5- Serve the Risotto

When the risotto is cooked, remove the pan from the heat and mix with Parmesan Cheese. You may transfer to a bowl.
