Step 1- Cook the Chicken
On a fry pan over medium heat add olive oil, the Chicken and stir until the Chicken turns golden colour.
Step 2- Sauce it Up
To the same pan, add the vegetables and keep stirring until vegetables are tender, add salt and pepper. Add the sauce and keep cooking until the sauce becomes thick.
Step 3- Cook the Quinoa
In other fry pan over medium heat cook the quinoa until hot.
Step 4-Serve your Dish
In a bowl add the quinoa and top it with chicken and spread the almond on top.
