This recipe lets you discover the tangy spice of Dijon mustard coupled with tender, juicy chicken on a bed of flavorful penne pasta. Step 1 – Cook your Chicken
In a medium pan (nonstick, if you have one), mix and heat the butter and olive oil on a medium-high heat. Add the chicken. Cook, stir constantly for 3 minutes, or until slightly softened with a golden brown color. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Step 2 – Add your natural flavors
Add the chopped onions and garlic to the pan. Cook with the chicken for (1) minute. Be careful not to let the garlic burn!!
Step 3 – More flavors
Reduce the heat to medium-low and empty the mustard bag in the pan, the sun-dried tomatoes and stir for (1) Minute.
Add the spinach, the sauce and stir together for about (2) Minutes.
Step 4 - Cook your Pasta
Meanwhile, add the prepared pasta to a pot of boiling water (400ml) for 1 minute or until al dente (slightly firm to the bite). Drain (strain) thoroughly the water from the pasta.
Step 5 - Mix it all
To the pan of cooked chicken and sauce,add the pasta and mix it well for 2 Minutes on a medium heat.
Step 6 - Finish and Serve your Dish
Serve the finished pasta garnished with Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy!
