Step 1- Cook the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius, place the Chicken on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray), vegetables, ghee, a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake for (20) minutes or until fully cooked.
Step 2- Prepare the Soup
In a pot, put the soup over a medium-high heat and keep until boiled. Remove from the heat and keep warm.
Step 3- cook the rice
On a new pan, add the rice over a medium heat and cook for (1) minute. Keep warm.
Step 4- Serve your table
On a shared serving bowls, put the rice and top it with the Chicken. Start with the soup. Enjoy!!
