Step 1- Gear Up
Heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.
Step 2- Cook the Chicken
On a fry pan over medium-high heat add (1) cube of butter, (1) teaspoonfull (tsp) of corn oil. Add the Chicken and grill for (1) minute on each side. Remove from the pan and keep it warm.
Step 3- Add Flavours
On the same pan, add the onions and sauté for (1) minute or until golden brown colour.
Step 4- Bake and Bake..
On an oven tray (preferably deep), add the chicken topped with the sautéed onions, then add the Mozzarella Cheese. Bake in the oven for (4) minutes or until Cheese is melted and turned to golden brown colour.
Steps 5- Prepare the Mushrooms
On a new fry pan over medium high heat, add (1) cube of butter, (1) teaspoonful (tsp) of corn oil, add the mushrooms and sauté for (1) minute, then add the sauce, add salt and pepper if desired. keep cooking for (1) more minute.
Steps 6- Serve your Dish
Serve the baked chicken with the mushrooms and Bon Appetit!!
