Step 1- Sauté the Seafood

On a large pan (preferably deep and wide) over medium heat, melt (1) cube of the butter, (1) teaspoon (tsp) olive oil. Add the seafood mix and sauté for (1) minute.

Step 2- Add the Arborio Rice

Add the rice and fry until the butter is absorbed by the rice in about (1) minute.

Steps 3- Add the Veggies

Reduce the heat to medium-low, add the sauce, spinach, add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the heat to keep the ingredients at slow simmer (slow boiling). Stir once, then do not stir again until cooked in (8) Minutes or until al dente.

Steps 4- Serve your Dish

On a serving bowl, serve the Risotto and Enjoy!!
