Step 1- Gear Up

Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius. 

Chop the tomato, onion and garlic.

Step 2- Bake your Tilapia

On an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) add the fish fillet with (1) teaspoon olive oil (tsp) and bake for (5) minutes or until fully cooked (tender meat). Remove and keep warm.

 

Step 3- Flavour it Up

On a fry pan over medium heat add (1) teaspoon (tsp) olive oil, add the chopped garlic and stir for few seconds then add the chopped onions and keep stirring for few more seconds. Add the fresh tomato, the sauce, salt and pepper for taste and keep cooking for (1) more minute.

Step 4- Cook the Rice

On a fry pan over low heat, cook the rice for (1) minute.

Step 5- Serve your Dish

On a serving plate, serve the fish with the rice as a side and spread the remaining sauce from the pan over the fish fillet. Enjoy!!
