Step 1- Gear Up
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Add the vegetables in the middle of the chicken breast, then fold it.
Step 2- Cook the Potatoes
In a pot over high heat, add a litter of water, a pinch of salt, and boil the potatoes until fully cooked (tender). Drain the water. Add the butter and mash the potatoes then keep aside warm.
Step 3- Bake the Chicken
On an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) add the stuffed chicken and bake until the Chicken is cooked (tender). Remove from the oven and add the gravy on the top of the Chicken immediately and keep warm.
Step 4- Cook the Veggies
On other fry pan over medium heat add butter, olive oil and grill the vegetables until tender, add salt and pepper if desired.
Step 5- Serve your Dish
Serve the chicken on the top of the mashed potato and vegetables on the side.
