A traditional Greek recipe, perfect for the hot weather since it’s all based around freshness, without renouncing to the typical juicy meatballs, freshened by the tender spinach orzo that also gives a slightly sweet flavor and aroma, while also keeping his touch of bitterness. The whole is contoured by a summer season salad, that needless to say it will give you the illusion of being on a beach in a summer evening.

Step 1- Gear Up
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Shape the minced meat into 4-5 balls.
Step 2- Bake the Meatballs
on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) add the meatballs and bake in the oven until meatballs totally cooked.
Step 3- Cook the Orzo
On a fry pan over medium heat add olive oil, garlic and sauté the vegetables until soft then add the orzo and keep sautéing. Add the sauce and keep cooking until sauce boils. Once boils reduce the heat to low and keep cooking until the sauce is thick.
Step 4- Prepare the Salad
In a bowl, mix the salad with the dressing
Step 5- Serve your Dish
Serve the meatballs at top of orzo and salad on the side. Enjoy!!
