Step 1- Gear Up
Heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Slice the tomatoes.
Step 2- Prepare the Pasta
In the pot, add 400 ml of hot water, add the pasta and heat for (1) minute. Drain the water and keep the pasta warm.
Step 3- Cook your Chicken
On a fry pan over medium heat, add (1) teaspoon (tsp) of corn oil, add the Chicken and grill for (2) minutes add the balsamic vinegar and stir for few seconds then remove from the heat.
Step 4- Bake your Chicken
on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) add the Chicken and top it with basil pesto, tomato slices and mozzarella cheese. Bake for (5) minutes or until Cheese melts.
Step 5- Mix the Pasta
On a fry pan over medium heat, add the sauce, (1) cube of butter and cook for few seconds. Add the pasta and stir for (1) minute.
Step 6- Serve your Dish
On a serving plate, serve the Chicken caprese with the pasta side. Spread the Parmesan Cheese over the pasta and Enjoy.
