Step 1- Cook your Chicken

On a fry pan over medium heat add (1) teaspoon (tsp) corn oil and cook your Chicken for (2) minutes, add the mustard and stir for few seconds, then add the sauce and keep cooking for (1) minute.

Step 2- Sauté the Veggies

On other fry pan over medium heat add (1) cube of butter, (1) teaspoon (tsp) olive oil and sauté the vegetables for (1) minute. Add salt and pepper if desired.

Step 3- Cook the Rice

On another fry pan over medium, cook the rice for (1) minute (or microwave it until hot).

Step 4- Serve your Dish

On a serving plate serve your Chicken with white rice and veggies on the side. Enjoy!!
