Step 1- Gear Up

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 2- Cook the Potatoes

On a pot over high heat, add half a litter of water, a pinch of salt, and boil the potatoes for (15) minutes or until fully cooked (tender and soft). Drain the water, add (1) cube of butter and mash the potatoes. Keep it warm.

Step 3- Bake the Salmon

Place the salmon (skin-side down) on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) and bake for (8) minutes or until fully cooked.

Step 4- Cook the Vegetables

On a fry pan over medium heat add (1) teaspoon (tsp) olive oil, (1) cube of butter, add the vegetables and stir for (1) minute, add salt and pepper if desired.

Step 5- More work with the Salmon

On another fry pan over medium heat add (1) teaspoon (tsp) olive oil, (1) cube of butter. Add the cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper for taste and leave for (1) minute, then add the baked salmon to the pan and keep cooking for (1) more minute. Remove and keep warm.

Step 6- Serve your Dish

On the serving plate, serve the salmon with the side vegetables and add the remaining sauce from the pan on the the salmon.
