Step 1- Cook your Chicken

on a large frying pan add (1) tablespoonful corn oil; add the Chicken and cook for (2) minutes on each side or until browned on both sides.  

Step 2 – Glaze your Chicken

Add the sauce on the Chicken and turn to slow heat for (2) minutes. Glaze the chicken with the sauce every few seconds. Keep on the heat until the Chicken is cooked, and the sauce has reduced and thickened.

Step 3- Cook your Rice

On another frying pan over a medium heat add the chopped garlic and onions, and (1) tablespoonsful (TBSP) corn oil, fry the mix for few second.  Add the stock, salt and black pepper if desired, combine well.

Once the stock comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low (slow boiling), add the rice and keep cooking for (1) minute.

Step 4 – Serve your Dish

On a serving plate, serve the rice, the Chicken, and garnish with crushed coconut on the top of the rice. Enjoy!!
