From the test group:

One of the oldest recipes in the book, the baked kafta with potatoes, is a timeless classic. Juicy beef patties cooked in tomato sauce and contrasted by starchy roasted potatoes. Layer after layer of delicious flavors and a side of vermicelli rice and lentils to complete your Iftar.
