Step 1- Gear Up

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Spread the beef mix inside the bread.

Step 2- Bake the Hawawshi

On an oven tray (with aluminium foil or baking sheet at the base), add the stuffed bread and brush with (1) teaspoon (tsp) corn oil and bake for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.

Step 3- Serve your Dish

Cut the mini Hawawshi to half and serve it with the tahini sauce and the mixed pickles.
