Step 1- Gear Up

Chop the ginger, onion, garlic and, bell pepper.

Step 2- Coat your Shrimp

On a bowl, place the shrimp. sprinkle with corn starch, toss well to coat the whole shrimp. set aside.

Step 3- Prepare the Flavours

On a pan over a medium heat, add corn oil (oil), the chopped ginger, the chopped onion and chopped garlic, stir for (1) minute, then add the chopped bell peppers, keep Stirring for (2) minutes.

Step 4- Cook your Shrimp

Add the Shrimp to the same pan, stir for (4) minutes or until shrimp is tender and turn reddish. Add the sauce and keep cooking until the sauce is thickened. Spread the sesame seed on the shrimp once cooked. Remove from the heat. Keep warm.

Step 5- Prepare the Rice

On another pan (non-sticky one if available) over a low heat, place the rice and cook for (1) minute.

Step 6- Serve your Dish

On a serving bowl, place the rice and then top with the shrimp and vegetables. Enjoy!!
