Step 1- Gear Up

Heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 2- Prepare the Potatoes

On an oven tray (with aluminium foil or baking sheet at the bottom) put the potatoes with (1) teaspoon (tsp) corn oil and bake for (15) minutes or until fully cooked (tender inside out),

Remove the potatoes to a bowl, add the Dijon mustard and slightly crush the potato. Keep warm

Step 3- Cook your Chops

On a fry pan over medium heat add (1) teaspoon (tsp) corn oil, (1) cube of butter and cook the meat chops for (2) minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

Step 4- Serve your Dish

Spread the herb butter over the meat chops and serve it with the Dijon potatoes on the side.
