Step 1- Gear Up
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, mix the vegetables with balsamic sauce.
Chop the garlic.
Steps 2- Bake the Vegetables
on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) add the vegetables and bake until the vegetables are tender. Remove and keep warm.
Steps 3- Cook the Fish
On a fry pan over medium heat add corn oil and grill the fish fillet from both side until fully cooked. add the chopped garlic, sauce. Reduce the heat to low, add the butter and squeeze a lemon. keep cooking until sauce is thick.
Step 4- Cook the Rice
On another fry pan over medium heat add turmeric sauce, once its boils add the rice to the pan and cook until the rice absorbs all the sauce.
Serve the fish fillet with the rice and vegetables on the side. Enjoy!!
