Step 1- Prepare your Pasta
In a pot, heat the pasta with 400 ml hot water for (1) minute. Drain the water. Keep warm.
Step 2- Gear Up
Chop the garlic.
On a frying pan over medium-high heat, melt (1) cube of butter, mix with olive oil, then add the chopped garlic. Stir for few seconds.
Step 3- Cook your Chicken
On the same pan, add the Chicken and stir for (2) minutes, Add pinch of salt, and pepper. Add the sauce to the Chicken, bring to the simmer (slow boiling) for (1) minute.
Step 4- Mix it all
Put the finished pasta on the same Chicken pan and keep cooking for (2) minutes.
Step 5- Serve your Dish
On a serving bowl, place the finished meal and garnish with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!!
