Step 1- Cook the Salmon
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.
Place the Salmon (skin-side down) on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) and bake for about (8) minutes.
Step 2- Prepare the Sauce
On a frying pan over a medium heat, add the (1) tablespoon (TBSP) of sesame oil, green chopped coriander, and stir for few second. Add the sauce to the same pan and stir for about (1) minute.
Step 3- Cook your Rice
On a new pan. Add the rice and cook for (1) minute. Spread the sesame seeds at top of your rice.
Step 4- Serve your Dish
On a serving plate, add the rice and top it with the salmon and then spread the sauce over the salmon. Enjoy!!
