Step 1- Gear Up

 Chop the bacon into small pieces.

Step 2- Cook the Bacon

On a large pan over medium-high heat, melt (1) cube of butter, (1) teaspoon (tsp) olive oil (The pan should preferably be low and wide, but other pans work as well). Add the beef bacon and stir for few second.

Step 3- Cook the Risotto

Add the Arborio rice and fry until the butter is absorbed by the rice in about (1) minute.

Step 4- Add some Flavours

Reduce the heat to medium-low,  add the green peas then add the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Adjust the heat to keep the Risotto at slow simmer (slow boiling) and stir once. Then do not stir again until cooked in (4) Minutes or until al dente.

Step 5- Serve your Dish

When the risotto is cooked, removes the pan from the heat and mix with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!!
