Step 1- Gear Up

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Shape the meatballs into medium size balls.

Step 2- Bake the Protein and the Veggies

In a deep oven tray add the vegetables at bottom, add the meatballs then add the sauce, salt and pepper and bake until meatballs are cooked, and vegetables are tender.

Step 3- Cook the Freekeh

On a fry pan over medium heat cook the tomato freekeh until hot. (Or microwave it)

Step 4- Serve your Dish

On serving plates, serve the meatballs with the freekeh and cucumber yogurt sauce on the side.
