Step 1- Gear Up

Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.

Step 2- Stuff the Veggies

Stuff the ready-to-stuff vegetables with the minced meat.

Step 3- Bake the Veggies

Put the stuffed vegetables on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) and sprinkle (1) teaspoon (TSP) of corn oil. Bake for (10) minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Step 4- Add the Sauce

On a fry pan over low heat, add (1) cube of butter, then add the sauce. Cook for (1) minute, then add the stuffed vegetables to the same pan. keep cooking for (2) more minutes over low heat. Remove from the heat and keep warm.

Step 5- Prepare the Soup

Boil the soup and keep warm.

Step 6- Cook the Rice

On a cooking pan over medium heat, cook the rice for (1) minute.

Step 7- Serve your Iftar

On shared serving plates, serve your Iftar and Enjoy!!
