Step 1- Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

In a pot over high heat, add half a litter of water, a pinch of salt, and boil the potatoes for (15) minutes or until fully cooked (tender). Drain the water, add (1) cube of butter, Dijon mustard and mash the potatoes then keep aside warm.

Step 2- Cook your Shrimps

On a fry pan over medium heat, add (1) teaspoon (tsp) of corn oil, (1) cube of butter, add the shrimps and stir for (2) minutes.

Step 3- Flavour it Up

To the same pan, add the sauce and keep cooking for (1) minute, then squeeze the lemon over the sauce, add salt and pepper if desired.

Step 4- Cook the Rice

On a fry pan over low heat cook the rice for (1) minute.

Step 5- Serve your Dish

Serve the shrimp over the mashed potatoes with rice on the side.
