This cozy Swedish meatball pasta bake, is the perfect comfort food, it will make you feel in front of a fireplace while looking at the snowy outside, it’s creamy, it’s enveloping, it’s also a bit crispy, because of the incredible textures that this dish can give you, the juiciness of the Swedish meatballs combined with the perfectly cooked pasta stirred into that velvety sauce will leave you mouth watering.

Step 1- Gear Up
Shape the minced meat into medium size meatballs
Step 2- Cook the Pasta with the Meatballs
On a fry pan over medium heat add the butter, corn oil and cook the meatballs until turn dark brown colour then add the sauce and keep cooking then add the pasta. salt and pepper, once sauce boils remove from the heat and keep warm.
Step 3-Bake the Mix
In a deep oven tray add the pasta with meatballs and spread the cheese on top of the mix. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and turns golden brown colour.
Step 4- Prepare the Salad
In a bowl, mix the salad with the dressing.
Step 5- Serve your Dish
Serve the pasta tray with the salad on the side. Enjoy!!
