Step 1- Cook the Beef
On a fry pan over medium heat, melt the ghee then add the beef and stir for (2) minutes or until fully cooked.
Step 2- More work with the Beef
Remove the beef from the pan, and to the same empty pan add the chickpeas and cook for (1) minute. Add (½) cup of room temp. water. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for taste. keep cooking until water is mostly reduced.
Step 3- Cook the Rice
On a new cooking pan over medium heat, cook the rice for (1) minute. Keep warm.
Step 4- Prepare the Sauce
On another fry pan over low heat add the sauce and cook for (1) minute.
Step 5- Serve the Iftar
On shared serving bowl add the rice with the crispy bread and chickpeas then add the cooked sauce. Add your cooked beef on top and Enjoy!!
