Short ribs can be one of the softest and flavorful cuts of meat, that is, if you cook them right. That’s why we take our time to deliver to you the perfect marinated short ribs to be enjoyed under a warm brown sauce of heart-warming flavor. Served over a hefty portion of mashed potatoes and a colorful side of truffle-scented asparagus and baby onions, this is a meal for memorable occasions.

Step 1- Cook the Potatoes
On a deep pan over a high heat, put (1) litre of room temp. water, then place the potatoes in it and boil the mix for (15) minutes, add a pinch of salt.
After the potatoes are softened, remove from the heat and drain the water and then mash the potatoes. add salt if desired. Mix it with (1) cube of butter. Keep it warm.
Steps 2- Cook your Meat
On a cooking pan over a Low heat, place the short ribs (meat). cover for 4 minutes. Remove and keep warm
Steps 3- Add some Green
On another cooking pan over a medium heat, add the truffle olive oil (oil). Add the green asparagus and sauté for few second.
Add onions to the same pan and continue sauté for few second or until vegetables are tender. Add pinch of salt and black pepper if desired.
Step 4 - Serve your Dish
On a serving plate, put the mashed potatoes and top it with the short ribs and vegetables on the side. Add some of the remaining juice from the short ribs cooking pan over the meat. Bon Appetit!!
