Step 1- Gear Up
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Form Chicken balls of the minced Chicken (4-5 balls).
Step 2- Bake your Chicken
On an oven tray (with aluminium foil or baking sheet at the bottom), bake the chicken balls with (1) teaspoon (tsp) corn oil for (8) minutes or until fully cooked.
Step 3- Prepare the Veggies
On a fry pan over medium heat add (1) teaspoon (tsp) sesame oil, add the vegetables and sauté for (1) minute.
Steps 4- Mix it Up
To the same pan, add the sauce and boil for (1) minute, then add the Chicken balls and cook for (2) minutes.
Steps 5- Cook the Rice
On another pan over medium heat, cook the rice for (1) minute.
Step 6- Serve your Dish
Serve the chicken topped with the rice then spread the sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!!
