Step 1- Gear Up
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
Form medium-sized balls (4-5 meat balls) and, chop the garlic.
Step 2- Bake the Meat Balls
Place the meat balls on an oven tray (with Aluminium foil or baking sheet base on the oven tray) and bake for (7) minutes.
Step 3- Add more Flavours
On a fry pan over a medium heat, add (1) tablespoonful (TBSP) corn oil, the chopped garlic and stir for few second.
Step 4- Sauce it Up
Add the sauce to the same fry pan, add salt and pepper if desired. Add the baked meat balls and cook for (1) minute. Add the chopped green coriander, stir once and remove from the heat. Keep warm
Steps 5- Prepare some Carbs
Cook your bulgur on a pan over a medium heat for (1) minute.
Step 6- Prepare your Soup
In a pot, boil the soup for (1) minute. Keep warm.
Step 7- Serve your Iftar
On a serving plate place the cooked bulgur and the meat balls as a side. Enjoy!!
