Step 1- Gear Up
Preheat the oven at 180
Step 2- Cook the Meat
On a fry pan over a medium-high heat, add the ghee, beef and vegetables, and sauté for (2) minutes. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the tomato sauce and keep cooking for more (2) minutes.
Step 3- Bake the Meat
Transfer the content of the fry pan into an oven tray (provided by us). Put in the oven and bake for (10) minutes or until fully cooked (vegetables and beef are tender).
Step 4- Prepare the Soup
In a pot, boil the soup over a medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and keep warm.
Step 5- Cook the Rice
On a new pan, cook the rice over a medium heat for (1) minute. keep warm.
Step 6- Serve the Iftar
In a shared serving bowl, put the soup. On a shared serving plate, put the rice and serve the tray of the cooked beef.
